I spent a whole day shopping at the weekend in my ongoing search for the perfect races dress. It has been ages since I've had the time to spend most a day shopping. I loved it!! However, I have ended up with quite the dilemma...two dresses!!! I had one all sorted and accessorised then stumbled across another in the last shop while helping Miss GG try to find one. So, here are my options which I am yet to decide:

My thoughts:
Dress 1- I love how classic and elegant it looks. It has a very Audrey style and fits like a glove which is normally hard to achieve for me! The only thing is that it is black and I was kinda after a colour. I did manage to find some amazing shoes to match this dress though' and also a pretty cream fascinator. I've managed to achieve a nice monochrome look to the outfit.
Dress 2- Beautiful, summery and 50's vibe to it. The neckline is amazing and the colour is pretty. The downside is that it is too big and I would have to start getting the straps altered. It's so girly and cute though but I would need to start looking for some different shoes and a black fascinator.

I have a feeling I will be going for dress 1, but at the advice of Miss Twin I may keep dress 2 anyway!!

I like them both so tough choice. You can't go wrong with classic and the shoes are great.
Both look lovely on you, but that second one, the 50's polka dotted one, is too cute! I would go with that one :)

@Lindsey- I'm starting to change my mind and lean that way. I think I'll head to alterations tomorrow after work to check prices.Also, I think I may have my chunky wooden heels which would look cool with it.Therefore I can justfy keeping the other shoes haha!
@Poe- Thanks for the input! I'm definitly thinking I will keep them both. I think the polka dot will be more fun for the races.

You can never have too many dresses so I would keep them both, and as far as which one to wear I would have to flip a coin becuase they both look really cute on you.
Where did you find those shoes?? They are making me just a little speachless as I try to figure out waht to say about them.
Both are pretty and look good on you, but my favorite is dress #2! What's a black fascinator? Cute shoes also! :)

@Lauren- It's like a headpiece. Not quite a hat but more like a hairband with something on. I'm notgetting anything too fancy haha!
